Rental Conditions
Warunki krótkoterminowego wynajmu mieszkań
The Regulations define the special conditions for short-term rental of apartments (hereinafter: “Apartments”/”Apartment”) located in Chrzanów at ul. Świętokrzyska 96, i.e. Apartamenty w Centrum.
The Owner of the Apartments is ILVEST Sp. z o.o. ul. Rudno 130, 33-131 Ilkowice, NIP: 6282070143. REGON: 356807126, chrzanow@wcentrum.net, contact phone: +48 883 883 893 (“Owner”).
- General provisions
- The rental agreement between the client (hereinafter referred to as the “Guest”) and the Owner is concluded at the time of booking the Apartment online via the website: www.wcentrum.net (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), or the websites of entities providing the accommodation booking service (e.g. booking.com) (hereinafter referred to as the “Partner”) on the principles specified in the Regulations for the provision of electronic services available on the Website (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) or in the Partner’s regulations. The rental agreement is concluded for a specified period indicated by the Guest during the booking.
- This document is available on the Website and in each Apartment.
- Making a reservation for the Apartment is tantamount to acceptance of this document.
- Terms of the lease agreement
- The Agreement covers only the rental of the Apartment. The rental price includes utilities (electricity, gas, water, heating during the heating season) and final cleaning.
- After making a reservation, the Guest receives a code for the front door and a code for access to the car park. The code is active during the entire stay of the Guest in the Apartment.
- The stay begins at 15:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 on the last day of the stay.
- The guest is obliged to pay the amount stated in the booking confirmation even if, for reasons beyond the control of the owner of the facility, the arrival or stay is delayed or shortened (communication difficulties, personal reasons).
- The Guest is obliged to immediately notify the person responsible for the reservation of any events that may expose the Owner to damage.
- The Guest may use the apartment only for residential purposes and may not sublet it.
- The Guest is responsible for any damage they cause to the Apartment or the facility on whose premises the Apartment is located. The Guest undertakes to immediately notify the person responsible for the reservation of any damage and undertakes to cover it on the day of departure at the latest.
- The owner is not liable for the theft of money, theft, damage or destruction of securities, valuables or items of scientific or artistic value, if these items have not been deposited and placed in the hotel safe.
- The Owner is not responsible for any damage or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to the Guest.
- The Owner is not responsible for items left in the vehicle or live animals, regardless of whether the vehicle was parked in the hotel car park or outside the premises where the Apartment is located.
- In the Apartment and the facility where the Apartment is located, silence is required at night from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. the following day.
- Guest Responsibilities
- The number of people staying in the Apartment is limited to the number specified in the reservation specification. The Guest is obliged to inform the Owner by phone or e-mail about any change in this number. Otherwise, the person responsible for the reservation may refuse to issue keys to the Apartment.
- The Guest is obligated to observe the principles of good neighborliness and maintain the Apartment in its original condition.
- Persons visiting the Guest may stay in the Apartment from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- The Owner may refuse to accept a Guest who, during the previous stay, grossly violated these Conditions, causing damage to the property of the Apartment or to a person (e.g. another Guest, the Owner’s employee).
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the Apartment (this also applies to balconies). Smoking is only permitted outside the building, in a designated area. If the ban is violated, the Guest will be charged for refreshing the room. In the event of activation of the fire protection system and the arrival of the fire brigade, the Guest will also be charged for the costs.
- For fire safety reasons, it is prohibited to use electrical devices that are not part of the equipment in the Apartments as well as to use open fire.
- Guests are not allowed to make any changes to the Apartment or its equipment.
- Changes to reservation
- The Guest may change the reservation under the terms and conditions specified in the Regulations or the reservation conditions available on the Partners’ websites. If the new date selected by the Guest falls in a more expensive season, the Owner may require payment of the difference in price.
- Extending your stay: the stay in a given Apartment can be extended if it is available. You must notify the person responsible for the reservation by e-mail or phone if you wish to extend your stay.
- In the event of cancellation of the reservation, the reservation fee is refundable under the terms and conditions specified in the Regulations.
- Transfer of client rights and obligations to another person
At any time, the Guest may transfer all of the rights to which he or she is entitled under the reservation to another person, if at the same time this person assumes all of the obligations arising from this reservation. In such a situation, the Owner must be immediately notified of the change of the person making the reservation, providing the personal data of the person who is taking over the rights and obligations arising from the contract. - Animals
Pets are strictly prohibited in the Apartment. - Occurrence of force majeure
In the event of unforeseeable circumstances, the effects of which cannot be immediately eliminated by conventional means, the Owner reserves the right to offer the Guest another substitute date to the originally booked one. The Owner has the right, in the event of force majeure, to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the occurrence of the cause of withdrawal. This also applies to cases in which the personal safety of the Guest or their property, for reasons beyond the Owner’s control, cannot be guaranteed. Amounts paid by the customer are subject to immediate refund, with deduction of amounts due for services already provided. - Personal data protection
The principles of personal data protection are specified in the Privacy Policy document available on the Website. - Applicable law
The law applicable to disputes between the Owner and the Guest is Polish law. Disputes will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Owner’s registered office, except for the cases referred to in the Regulations.
